Planting of Wildflower Seed on White Horse Hill - Saturday, 20th October, AM & PM

on Sat, 20/10/2018 - 10:00am

Join us for a morning or afternoon to help us re-seed the area around White Horse Hill. Anyone can get involve so bring the whole family along.

Our Countryside team are working on encouraging new grassland habitats to form in areas previously used for agriculture. By re-seeding we hope to encourage more flora and fauna, and increase the biodiversity around the foot of Dragon's Hill.

All equipment (& seeds) will be provided and our Rangers on hand with you to walk over to the site and re-seed. It's free to get involved and great way to hopefully start to see the outcomes next Summer.
