Wantage (not just) Betjeman Literary Festival - 20th to 28th October

John Betjeman was an English poet, writer, and broadcaster who described himself in Who's Who as a "poet and hack". He was Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom from 1972 until his death in 1984.

He had a long association with the Wantage area and the Festival celebrates both his work and that of contemporary writers and poets.

Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Wantage (not just) Betjeman Literary Festival!
